A TASTE OF SPICE - FRIDAY 11TH MARCH (6.00PM)

The techniques used in Indian cookery are the same used all over the world; Roasting, Frying, Steaming & Grilling. What gives Indian Cuisine its uniqueness is the use of wonderful aromatic spices. It is this very use of spices that seems daunting to some!

Phyl will be using all new exciting recipes & ingredients

HOW THE DAY GOES…

6.00PM - Arrival tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade biscuits. A chance to get to know the group and prepare for a few hours of cooking heaven.

6.30PM – The cooking demonstration will start and last for around 2½ hours.

9.00PM – All the food cooked is served for lunch with wine – you will receive a folder with all Phyl’s recipes and handy hints and tips.
