Autumn Entertaining - Wednesday 12th October (10.30AM)

The most obvious reason to have a dinner party is to spend time with people you like. Delicious food, great company, sparkling conversation, these are just some of the ingredients of a splendid dinner party. Cooking a delicious meal is your gift to your guests. With precise planning and timings, I am going to show you how to entertain with ease.

  • Carrot & Parsnip Bhaji with Spicy Yoghurt Dip
  • Hazelnut Baked Goats Cheese & Pear Salad
  • Roast Crispy Duck with Blackberry & Gin Sauce
  • Tartiflette
  • Chicken with Leeks Apples & Cider
  • Braised Butternut Squash in Spiced Coconut
  • Sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce
  • Plum Frangipane Tart


10.30AM - Arrival tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade biscuits. A chance to get to know the group and prepare for a few hours of cooking heaven.

11.00AM – The cooking demonstration will start and last for around 2½ hours.

1.30PM – All the food cooked is served for lunch with wine – you will receive a folder with all Phyl’s recipes and handy hints and tips.

3.00PM – Depart.
