CHRISTMAS VEGETARIAN FEAST - WEDNESDAY 23rd NOVEMBER (10.30AM)

Christmas Vegetarian meals should always be delicious and not a weak substitute for those who do not eat meat. The dishes you learn on this day are substantial, nutritious and most of all delicious which can all be made in advance. I don’t believe in using meat alternatives that can be full of nasty additives and chemicals, but rather these are foods that are rich in lovely vegetables, pulses and seasonal delights.

  • Twice Baked Butternut and Sage Souffles
  • Individual Nut Roast with Melting Middle
  • Beetroot, Vegan Cheese & Spinach Roulade
  • Spicy Stuffed Whole Roasted Cauliflower
  • Charred Hispi Cabbage with Miso
  • Pear & Ginger Pudding
  • Irish Cream (Plant) Meringue Roulade

HOW THE DAY GOES…

10.30AM - Arrival tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade biscuits. A chance to get to know the group and prepare for a few hours of cooking heaven.

11AM – The cooking demonstration will start and last for around 2½ hours.

1.30PM – All the food cooked is served for lunch with wine – you will receive a folder with all Phyl’s recipes and handy hints and tips.
