Fabulous Fish - Wednesday 11th May (10.30am)

Fish is more popular now than ever before, but a lot of people are still daunted by the preparation of fish.
we know we should be eating more and we are certainly surrounded by waters with an abundant supply.
During this day I will be skinning, filleting, poaching, steaming, char grilling, roasting all types of fish & shell fish.

  • Crispy Sea Bass Fillets with Roasted  Mediterranean Vegetables & Heritage Tomatoes
  • Smoked Haddock Risotto with Poached Egg
  • Salmon & Pesto en Croute
  • Herb & Dijon Panko Crust Cod, Crushed Mint New Potatoes
  • Basa Katsu, Amai Sauce, Apple Slaw 
  • Sweet Potato & Salmon Fishcake, Grain Bowl


10.30AM - Arrival tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade biscuits. A chance to get to know the group and prepare for a few hours of cooking heaven.

11AM – The cooking demonstration will start and last for around 2½ hours.

1.30PM – All the food cooked is served for lunch with wine – you will receive a folder with all Phyl’s recipes and handy hints and tips.
